{"id":2070,"date":"2018-10-04T11:46:50","date_gmt":"2018-10-04T09:46:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devadeas.fr\/?p=2070"},"modified":"2018-10-04T11:56:32","modified_gmt":"2018-10-04T09:56:32","slug":"ameliorons-nos-dispositifs-depargne-salariale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.devadeas.fr\/index.php\/laction-de-ladeas\/ameliorons-nos-dispositifs-depargne-salariale\/","title":{"rendered":"Am\u00e9liorons nos dispositifs d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne salariale !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.devadeas.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/money-2696229_640.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2071 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.devadeas.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/money-2696229_640-500x288.jpg\" alt=\"visuel argent\" width=\"500\" height=\"288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.devadeas.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/money-2696229_640-500x288.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.devadeas.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/money-2696229_640.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Cr\u00e9dit photo : nattanan23 via <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/fr\/l-argent-finances-hypoth%C3%A8que-pr%C3%AAt-2696229\/\"><em>Pixabay<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Soucieuses d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le fonctionnement de nos deux dispositifs d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne salariale, le Plan \u00c9pargne Groupe (PEG) et le PERCo (Plan \u00c9pargne pour la Retraite Collectif) pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des personnels, la CFE-CGC Orange et l&rsquo;ADEAS viennent d&rsquo;adresser 2 courriers \u00e0 la Direction des Ressources Humaines Groupe afin d&rsquo;ouvrir des n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier courrier concerne le PEG, dans lequel nous demandons :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La mise en place d&rsquo;un accord Groupe sur le PEG, qui actuellement fonctionne sur les base d&rsquo;une d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale de septembre 2000, et n\u00e9cessite d&rsquo;\u00eatre mis en conformit\u00e9 avec la loi et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s actuelles du PEG.<\/li>\n<li>La gestion de tous les Fonds Communs de Placement d&rsquo;Entreprise (FCPE) diversifi\u00e9s\u00a0 du PEG par un seul Conseil de Surveillance, afin d&rsquo;avoir une meilleure gestion globale. Seuls le fonds Orange Actions disposera d&rsquo;un Conseil de surveillance s\u00e9par\u00e9, compte tenu des droits de vote en Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Actionnaires, ainsi que le fonds So Local actions (ex Pages Jaunes).<\/li>\n<li>Un assouplissement des r\u00e8gles d&rsquo;arbitrage, qui actuellement ne vous permettent de d\u00e9placer vos avoirs entre les fonds que 3 fois par an, sur des p\u00e9riodes choisies par la Direction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfecgc-orange.org\/201810016795\/participation-interessement-et-actionnariat\/la-cfe-cgc-demande-la-negociation-d-un-accord-peg.html\">Lire le courrier<\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Le second courrier concerne plusieurs demandes d&rsquo;\u00e9volution au sein du PEG et du PERCo, pour :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permettre aux personnels du Groupe de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la loi permettant de verser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10 jours par an (au lieu de 5 actuellement chez Orange) du Compte \u00c9pargne Temps (CET) vers le PERCo, et r\u00e9\u00e9valuer la valeur des jours transf\u00e9r\u00e9s pour la mettre en conformit\u00e9 avec la loi.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tendre le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du PERCo \u00e0 toutes les filiales fran\u00e7aises du Groupe.<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9nager les fonds du PERCo pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du forfait social r\u00e9duit cr\u00e9\u00e9 par la loi Macron de 2015, afin de d\u00e9gager des \u00e9conomies qui pourront \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un nouveau compartiment dans le PEG Orange Actions.<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er un compartiment \u00ab\u00a0Orange Actions Garanti\u00a0\u00bb permettant aux personnels qui le souhaitent d&rsquo;acheter des actions Orange avec un m\u00e9canisme de garantie sur la valeur de sortie, quel que soit l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du cours de Bourse.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tendre l&rsquo;abondement de l&#8217;employeur au versement de la participation dans le fonds Orange Actions, par souci de simplicit\u00e9, mais aussi d&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 : les personnels des filiales pourront ainsi en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfecgc-orange.org\/201810046803\/participation-interessement-et-actionnariat\/la-cfe-cgc-orange-ecrit-a-la-drh-pour-ameliorer-notre-epargne-salariale.html\">Lire le courrier<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange et l&rsquo;ADEAS ne manqueront pas de vous informer des r\u00e9sultats que nous aurons obtenus suite \u00e0 ces demandes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cr\u00e9dit photo : nattanan23 via Pixabay Soucieuses d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le fonctionnement de nos deux dispositifs d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne salariale, le Plan \u00c9pargne Groupe (PEG) et le PERCo (Plan \u00c9pargne pour la Retraite Collectif) pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des personnels, la CFE-CGC Orange et l&rsquo;ADEAS viennent d&rsquo;adresser 2 courriers \u00e0 la Direction des Ressources Humaines Groupe afin d&rsquo;ouvrir [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[40,29,54,48,45,39],"class_list":["post-2070","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-laction-de-ladeas","tag-abondement","tag-arbitrage","tag-epargne-salariale","tag-gouvernance","tag-peg","tag-perco"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Am\u00e9liorons nos dispositifs d&#039;\u00e9pargne salariale !
