Et \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Source\u00a0: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.focusrh.com\/remuneration\/pratiques-salariales-et-paie\/l-actionnariat-salarie-outil-de-fidelisation-rh-chez-trescal-32626.html\">L&rsquo;actionnariat salari\u00e9 comme outil de fid\u00e9lisation RH chez Trescal<\/a><\/em> &#8211; FocusRH<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;analyse de l&rsquo;ADEAS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le dispositif mis en place par l&rsquo;entreprise est assez spectaculaire&#8230; et nous n&rsquo;en connaissons plus de tels chez Orange depuis l&rsquo;\u00e9poque des premi\u00e8res Offres r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux personnels (1997-1998) dans le cadre de la mise en bourse de l&rsquo;entreprise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;article pr\u00e9cise \u00e9galement que la<strong> r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations contribue largement \u00e0 leur succ\u00e8s<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est pourquoi nous r\u00e9clamons des ORP plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, seule solution pour atteindre l&rsquo;objectif de 10% du capital d\u00e9tenu par les personnels de l&rsquo;entreprise. A d\u00e9faut, les reventes d&rsquo;actions, qui interviennent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement lors du d\u00e9part en retraite ou pour financer un projet personnel tel que l&rsquo;acquisition d&rsquo;un logement, ne sont pas compens\u00e9es par de nouvelles acquisitions : compte tenu de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du cours de l&rsquo;action Orange, seuls les m\u00e9canismes des ORP rendent les achats d&rsquo;actions rentables et s\u00e9cures pour les personnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chez Orange, la derni\u00e8re ORP date de 2014, et elle est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.devadeas.fr\/index.php\/en-pratique\/debouclage-de-lorp-caporange-2014\/\">d\u00e9boucl\u00e9e<\/a> depuis mars 2019. Il est donc plus que temps de proposer une nouvelle offre aux personnels d&rsquo;Orange. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9cente Loi Pacte fixe l&rsquo;objectif de 10% du capital des entreprises fran\u00e7aises d\u00e9tenu par leurs salari\u00e9s.
